Lithuania ‘prepared for unfriendly actions’

Lithuanian president Gitanas Nauseda advised Reuters on Wednesday that his nation is prepared to deal with repercussions from the ban on the transit of some Russian items to the Kaliningrad exclave — together with Russia slicing out a regional frequent energy grid. Lithuania blocked the transport route final week, arguing that it’s complying with EU sanctions. “We are prepared for unfriendly actions from Russia,” stated Nauseda.
