VTA rail yard resumes service with free rides 3 months after mass shooting

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) — The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority restarted gentle rail service right now for the primary time because the lethal mass shooting at its rail yard.

VTA is working restricted gentle rail service with about one practice no less than each half hour on parts of the community.(*3*)

(*3*)Sunday’s restart coincided with a pre-season soccer sport between the Las Vegas Raiders and Niners at Levi’s Stadium and we discovered many followers taking transit to see the sport.

The Authority is providing free rides on gentle rail by way of September 12 to welcome riders again.(*3*)
