Border Patrol agents in Eagle Pass find toddler and 3-month-old siblings from Honduras abandoned at Rio Grande

EAGLE PASS, Texas — U.S. Border Patrol agents at the Rio Grande River seen a wierd coloration on the riverbank and made a heartbreaking discovery.

The agents had been performing boat operations Tuesday once they noticed a toddler and a child in a provider alone alongside the riverbank.

U.S. Customs and Border Safety shared a photograph of the kids the place they had been discovered.

Below the child’s provider, agents discovered a word that mentioned the 2-year-old lady and 3-month-old boy had been siblings from Honduras.

Agents carried out a search of the realm and discovered no further people.

Amazingly, the kids weren’t in want of any medical consideration. They had been taken to Uvalde for processing.

It was unclear how lengthy the siblings had been alone earlier than they had been found.
